Renewal after the initial 6 months is $25 -- the only obligation is to keep us informed by phone or email (Chris@bigbendbyowner.com) of the status of your home sale.

Existing pictures may be replaced with new pictures at no cost. Note: Pictures are imperative. The listings with pictures generate more activity.
5. Information for sellers and buyers on the 'for sale by owner' process.
6. Free listings of as many open houses as you want.
7. Ready-to-go printable spec sheets of your listing, with pictures.
8. Attractive brochure box in which to put your spec sheets. (Please request only if you are able to keep it filled.)
9. Unlimited real time changes to your website listing. Instantly change your selling price, contact information, description, open house listings, pictures, or any other aspect of your listing through convenient user forms on our website (or we will do the changes for you).
10. Continuing promotion of our website.
11. Links to area services, sites, recreation, schools.
12. Spam protected e-mail contact form to prevent web robots from harvesting your email address from our website.
13. We will contribute $10 to each ad you place in the newspaper that also includes the BigBendByOwner.com website address. We will pay for up to 3 ads of different dates. (We will reimburse you one time when you send in all your newspaper ads with the name of the paper and date showing-so, if you've placed three, meeting the criteria, we would send you a check for $30. Not valid with other advertising offers or discounts.)

Note: Real estate forms (Purchase Agreement, Seller's Disclosure, and Lead Disclosure etc.) are available from your title company, a local real estate attorney, Office Depot, Staples or local office suppliers in hard copy, and forms are downloadable off many web sites (like http://www.uslegalforms.com/fl/FL-HOME.htm).
